Preferred Projects

Preferred CIREMG projects would be investment grade properties for medical office buildings, office buildings, retail buildings, hospitals, municipal buildings, parking garages, industrial buildings, dormitories, or other quality developments that are preleased to investment grade tenants with Standard and Poor ratings of BBB or higher. The NNN lease term would be for 20 to 25 years with multiple renewable options or the option to purchase.

In addition, CIREMG has the capability of providing any of the above mentioned properties with a turn-key approach to include the professional team, funding, construction, operations and management.

These steps eliminate the need for an RFP since CIREMG provides total project development with its professional team members and funding with its institutional relationships.
